Why can’t I log in?

The most common reason people can’t log into this website is because they use the wrong username and password. The WA Branch website is separate from the National website, please remember you have TWO DIFFERENT usernames.

What is my Username?

Your username is the combination of the first initial of your First Name and your Surname.

Eg. Jane Doe = jdoe
Amy Mc Leod = amcleod
Sally John-Smith = sjohnsmith

Help! I forgot my password.

For privacy reasons, we do not keep passwords. If you have forgotten your password you can reset the password by clicking the Lost your password? link under the Login area as pictured below.

 

 

 

 

 

You enter your username or email and then you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

I’m a member but I still can’t log in?

As the DHAA National website and DHAA WA Branch website are separate, we manually enter members details into the DHAA WA website. This is a long and tedious process in which sometimes members may be accidentally missed.
